Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- ½ cup of butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 mashed overripe bananas
- 1 ¾ cup of flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- PREHEAT the oven to 325 degrees F
- COMBINE flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- CREAM together the butter and sugar in a separate bowl
- ADD eggs and the bananas to the butter/sugar mixture
- COMBINE the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients
- GREASE a loaf pan before pouring in the mixture
- BAKE for 75-90 minutes at 325 degrees F
Recipe Note: For some added sweetness, you can add in ¾ cup of chocolate chips. For some added crunch, you can add in ¾ cup of chopped walnuts. OR If you're living on the wild side, you can do both!
